Delete your account and data

You can delete your Core Factor account and data at any time.

In the app

1. Open the Core Factor app.
2. Go to Profile → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you cannot open the app

Email destek@getcorefactor.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. After confirming it is you, we delete it within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your backup on our server (meals, weight, measurements, workouts, settings)
• Your team statistics, reactions and pokes
• Daily summaries and messages shared with a PT, dietitian or studio
• Recipes you sent that are not approved

What is kept

Payment records stay with the App Store / Google Play, and business invoices in our accounts, for as long as the law requires. Approved community recipes may stay without the author’s name. Data on your phone goes when you delete the app.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your phone’s subscription settings.
