Official event rules

Draft · 17 October 2026

Organiser

Events are organised by the Core Factor team. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of these events and are not involved in them in any way.

Who can enter

Teams in which every member has an active Core Factor Pro subscription, within the team size and registration dates shown for the event. Entrants must be 18 or older, or have a parent’s permission where the law requires. Void where prohibited.

How progress is counted

Only data the app uploads automatically counts. When an event is marked “watch and phone data only”, steps and calories must come from Apple Health or Health Connect; numbers typed in by hand are not counted.

A daily cap per person may apply. Unusual values are reviewed, and entries using fake data, shared devices or tampered apps are disqualified.

Winners and prizes

Winners are decided by the rule shown on the event (first to the target, every team reaching it, or the top teams). We contact the winning team in the app within 14 days of the end. Cash and gift card prizes are shared equally among team members unless the event says otherwise.

Winners may need to confirm their identity. Taxes on prizes are the winners’ responsibility. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Budget

Each month’s prizes are capped at 10% of the previous month’s Pro revenue.
